Who is FairCon

Sofie Hemeryck founded the company in 2005. She has a Masters degree in Economics and Social Sciences with a Management major, a Bachelors degree in Management Communications & Advertising and a Bachelors degree in Marketing. She speaks 6 languages.

She has been organizing events, such as international incentives and congresses, sports - networking and private events, since 1989.

Her international career and trade fair experience started in 1998 in Shanghai, China, as a Senior Project Manager for VNU Exhibitions Asia where she started-up, managed and developed 3 international trade fairs : Domotex asia/CHINAFLOOR, Busworld Asia and Traffic & Parking.

She has thorough expertise in international business and strong connections with federations, organizations and associations in different industries.
